This interior renovation involved opening up the living space to allow more light and views through the apartment, renovating the kitchen and opening it to the outdoor terrace and new interior finishes and furniture. One unique feature is the curving wood-panelled stair at the heart of the two-floor apartment. Finishes and furnishings include a new maple floor throughout, stone tile at master bath and fireplace surrounds, window treatments, maple kitchen cabinets with limestone counters, mahogany bath cabinets, custom carpets and a custom fireplace screen.
